The payday loan industry is no less different than the companies who once in a while give a black eye to the people. This story is about the continuous deduction of money from the bank account of a customer. The person had taken an Ameriloan of 300 dollars and agreed to pay back the amount by the time the next salary arrives. The loan amount payable was $390. But the person was unable to make the payment on time and for the following 6 weeks continuously, the loan agency withdrew 90 dollars as a penalty amount until the loan amount was not paid back inclusive of interest rate. The serious thing to ponder over was that there was nothing any kind of penalty amount mentioned in the agreement papers and the person was not notified when the company was withdrawing the aforesaid amount.
Story 2:
The second payday loan horror stories is quite similar to the one that is mentioned above. There was a lender that withdrew an amount of $90 from the checking account of a customer every pay period. In a time span of 4 months, a whopping amount of $400 was taken out from the account and when the customer complained about it, the loan agency only said that they are not answerable for the things done and they did not allow the person to talk to the higher authorities of that financial company.
Story 3:
A person staying at Carson City in Nevada was ripped off for an amount of 420 dollars in time period of 3 days from the person provided all his personal details along with information pertaining to his social security number. After providing the amount, the company without informing the customer, took out the aforesaid amount in 5 attempts until the person came to knew about this. The company agreed to provide the financial assistance but it never actually happened.

It is a reminder to the people to protect themselves from the payday loan scams taking place and not to take out same day payday loans whenever they want. Rather it is best to avoid it unless there is an urgent financial need for it.
